Foundations Health Solutions Food Truck Rolls Into The Gardens of Fairfax Healthcare Center

At Foundations Health Solutions (FHS), we’re known for providing top-notch post-acute care, but did you know we also serve up delicious meals on wheels? Our FHS food truck visited The Gardens of Fairfax Healthcare Center, bringing smiles and savory flavors to our newest residents and staff!

Operated by Culinary Directors from various FHS facilities, the food truck offers a special, curated menu at each stop. For its first visit to The Gardens of Fairfax, the truck dished out crowd favorites like crispy chicken wings, loaded french fries, and a selection of mouth-watering desserts. The aroma alone had everyone excited, and the delicious flavors did not disappoint!



But we didn’t stop there. In a gesture of community care, our food truck made a special delivery to the hard-working staff at The Cleveland Clinic Emergency Department, located just across the street from The Gardens of Fairfax. It was our way of saying thank you for their continued dedication and partnership.
